You may close your jx777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any verified PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jx777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require jx777 to do so.
In cases of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, jx777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings, and may withhold your deposited funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
